One morning, Ella the fairy hears a mysterious cry for help. She raises her wand over a little pond, and the still water shows her a prince trapped in a cottage deep in the woods, guarded by a fierce dragon. Ella makes herself and the prince invisible, and together they slip quietly past the dragon to freedom.
One morning, a fairy named Ella woke up with a start. “Help! Somebody help me!” She looked around, but no one was there. Ella hurried to the little pond and raised her magic wand. “Beautiful sky, trees, and grass... show me who needs my help.” The water became still like a mirror. Inside it, Ella saw a prince trapped in a cottage deep in the woods, guarded by a fierce dragon.
Ella quickly made herself invisible and flew to the cottage. She found the prince and whispered, “Don’t be afraid. I’m here to help.” With a wave of her wand, she made him invisible too. “Stay close to me.” Together, they quietly slipped past the dragon and escaped from the cottage.
By the time the dragon noticed anything, the prince was already free. Ella smiled, happy that her magic had saved the day.
